At Cherubina, you will find a variety of products designed for women who seek elegance and timeless glamour, whether for events, daily life, or at home.

The card details you provide will be processed with SSL encryption. For payments made with credit and debit cards, please enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), the code printed on the card that ensures security during online transactions.
Order Preparation and Production Times
The time from placing an order to its dispatch will depend on the type of product you have purchased:
PARTY, CASUAL, HOMEWEAR, AND ACCESSORIES COLLECTIONS
Items in stock will be shipped within approximately 1 to 5 days after purchase confirmation. These times are subject to variation.
PARTY HEADPIECES, HATS, AND BAGS
Each CHERUBINA headpiece, hat, and bag is individually crafted, completely by hand in our workshop in Seville. Therefore, the production process may vary between 1 and 3 weeks.
Stock: We do not keep headpieces in stock for online orders. Stock corresponds to the availability of materials, but each headpiece must be handcrafted to order; please keep in mind that this process can take time. When making your purchase, you can select the "express production" option to ensure that the production, shipping, and delivery process takes place within approximately 5 to 7 working days, or choose the "standard production" option, where the process will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

To know the time from when an order is placed until it leaves our workshop/warehouse, please refer to the previous section "Order Preparation and Production Times."
Shipping agencies usually deliver Monday to Saturday, except on holidays. While we use all possible means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified timeframes, during peak periods, delivery may take a bit longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Duties
If you request products to be shipped outside the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other charges due to the customs laws or regulations of the destination country. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products and will need to pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry fees, taxes, levies, and other charges applied outside the EU. If you request products to be delivered to another person, please make sure they are aware they will need to cover these before placing the order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance in these processes. We recommend that you check the applicable import charges in any non-EU country before placing an order.
As the importer of all international product deliveries, it is your responsibility to verify that the ordered products comply with the import regulations and standards of the destination country and that there are no requirements or restrictions that could affect the receipt of the order. Make sure to check this before placing an order.
If your order gets "stuck" in customs, you will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Cherubina cannot do this on your behalf.
Out of Stock Products
We usually restock several times for dresses in the new collection, in addition to producing new models between seasons. Restocking times vary by model.
You can sign up for notifications on our website (by clicking the button below the SOLD OUT label on the product page) to receive an alert via email as soon as it is restocked.
Order Placed
Modify Order; Add or Remove Items
Once the order is placed, you can modify it without any problem, as long as it is not marked as "Shipped" or "Shipped to Store." For orders marked as "Preparation in Progress," modifications to product characteristics can be made as long as they do not affect the work done so far.
Whether to cancel, change the shipping/billing address, quantities, add or remove products, product features, etc., you can contact us via email at pedidosweb@cherubina.com.
Cancel Order
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want to receive it, you will first need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return or reject the package when the courier attempts to deliver it.
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting us via email at pedidosweb@cherubina.com. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase within 15 working days.
Order Tracking
When your order is marked as "Shipped," you will receive an email with the tracking number, where you can track the shipment from the carrier's website.
For international shipments, it may take up to 48 hours from the time your order is marked as "Shipped" for the tracking email to be received.
For "Pickup in Store" orders, no tracking number will be provided. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Exchanges and Returns
Party, Casual, Homewear Garments
The first size exchange is free, as is the return in any of our physical stores. You also have other options such as delivery to a Correos point (€3.99), or you can ask us to arrange a courier pickup at your home (€6.99). Also, remember that if you choose to return this garment for a GIFT CARD, you will receive not only the amount of the return but also an additional 20% on the value of the GIFT CARD for your future purchases.

ORDERS FOR OUTLET PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO STOCK LIQUIDATION AND DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
🚨 Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that due to the nature of the product, headpieces, headbands, hats, wide-brimmed hats, bows, etc., as well as Bridal Collection dresses and Ready to Love dresses, being custom-made for each customer upon request, are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Additionally, this policy includes earrings and combs, handmade clutches, and perfume.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received the product(s) you wish to return, we will process the refund. It will be reflected in your account within approximately 15 business days from the date the returned item arrives at our offices, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Physical Stores
Orders with "Pickup in Store"
If you have placed an order with the "Pickup in Store" option, we will contact you when the order is ready to be collected in the store. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse/workshop.

From that moment on, the purchased product(s) will be kept for 15 days. After this time, if the order has not been collected, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued as a voucher with no out-of-date limit.
Return of Orders with In-Store Pickup
Online orders with the "In-Store Pickup" option can only be refunded for the purchase amount if the garment is tried on in the store on the same day as the pickup.
If an order is picked up and tried on at home, the return will only be issued as a VOUCHER, with no expiration date, and for the purchase amount (only within 15 calendar days after pickup).
Can I return my online order in-store?
Yes, we accept exchanges and returns of online purchases at our physical stores in Madrid and Seville within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the order (Monday to Saturday) for party, casual, and homewear collection garments.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, never in cash. You will receive the amount directly in your account within approximately 15 business days. You can make your return at the following stores:
