You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to process any change or return.

If you selected in-store pickup, the timeframe begins when you receive the email notifying you that your order is ready for collection. If the timeframe expires, we will return the item to the warehouse and issue a gift card. A refund will not be an option.

🚨 Items not eligible for return
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for exchange or return: perfumes, hats, earrings, bows, wedding dresses, Ready to Love dresses, Mother of the Bride dresses, headpieces, tiaras, hats, wide-brimmed hats, bows, Collection Wedding Dresses, Ready to Love dresses, earrings, hair combs, handmade handbags, and perfumes.

Once we receive the product, we will process the refund, which will appear in your account within approximately 15 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If part of the order was paid for with a Gift card, the refund order will be: first to the Gift card and the remainder up to the total amount to be refunded, to the other payment method used.

• Gift card: If you prefer a refund in the form of a gift card, you will receive a code with no expiry date and an additional 10%, which will be effective 30 days after receipt of the products.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any damage during transport may affect the refund or exchange.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at pedidosweb@cherubina.com with high-resolution photos of the product and its packaging. We will then inform you of the procedure for its return or exchange.

Artículo 102 – Derecho de desistimiento

Salvo las excepciones previstas en el artículo 103:

• El consumidor y usuario tendrá derecho a desistir del contrato durante un periodo de 14 días naturales sin indicar el motivo.
  
• No incurrirá en ningún coste distinto de los previstos en los artículos 107.2 y 108.
  
• Son nulas de pleno derecho las cláusulas que impongan penalización por el ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento o por la renuncia al mismo.
  

Artículo 107 – Obligaciones y derechos del empresario en caso de desistimiento

• El empresario reembolsará todo pago recibido, incluidos, en su caso, los costes de entrega, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, antes de que hayan transcurrido 14 días naturales desde que haya sido informado de la decisión de desistimiento.
  
• El reembolso se efectuará mediante el mismo medio de pago empleado por el consumidor en la transacción inicial, salvo indicación expresa del consumidor.
  
• El consumidor no incurrirá en ningún gasto como consecuencia del reembolso.
  

Artículo 108 – Obligaciones y responsabilidad del consumidor y usuario en caso de desistimiento

• Salvo que el empresario se ofrezca a recoger los bienes, el consumidor deberá devolverlos o entregarlos al empresario (o a una persona autorizada por él) sin demora indebida y, en todo caso, a más tardar 14 días naturales desde que comunique su decisión.
  
• El plazo se considera cumplido si la devolución se realiza antes de que finalice dicho periodo.
  
• El consumidor solo soportará los costes directos de devolución, salvo que el empresario acepte asumirlos o no informe de que deben ser a cargo del consumidor.
  

Cómo ejercer el derecho de desistimiento

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, el cliente deberá comunicarlo de forma inequívoca dentro del plazo de 14 días a través de nuestros canales de contacto habituales.
