Delivery times are always approximate. Although CHERUBINA strives to adhere to them as closely as possible, there may be cases where these are not strictly adhered to. Delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, sales, summer vacation, as well as national holidays, adverse weather conditions, or causes external to the brand directly related to the courier service.

CHERUBINA therefore does not guarantee delivery on time in these cases and is not responsible for any incidents caused by courier companies, if any.

PREPARATION AND ORDERING DEADLINES

The time it takes from placing an order to shipping will depend on the type of product you purchased:

  • PARTY HEADPIECES, HATS, AND HANDBAGS: Each CHERUBINA headpiece, hat, and handbag is individually handcrafted in our Seville workshop. Therefore, the production process may take between 1 and 3 weeks. Stock: We do not stock any headpieces for online orders. Stock depends on the availability of materials, but each headpiece must be handcrafted upon request; please keep in mind that this process may take time. When purchasing, you can select the "express manufacturing" option to ensure that the manufacturing, shipping, and delivery process takes place within approximately 5 to 7 business days, or select the "standard manufacturing" option to ensure that this process takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

  • PARTY, CASUAL, HOMEWEAR, AND MASKS COLLECTION: In-stock items will ship approximately 1 to 7 days after purchase confirmation. These delivery times are subject to change.
  • SUNGLASSES, EARRINGS, AND COMBS: These items will be shipped approximately 1 to 7 days after purchase confirmation. Please note that all of our goldsmith products are handcrafted. We work to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition, so we sometimes decide to refinish the gold plating, make adjustments, etc., which may extend delivery times. Whenever possible, please indicate the date you expect to receive your order.
  • BRIDAL AND/OR READY TO LOVE COLLECTION These items will be shipped approximately 30 to 40 days after purchase confirmation. Please note that all our bridal collection items are made to order , and occasionally materials may need to be ordered specifically for these items, which may extend delivery times. Whenever possible, please indicate the date you expect to receive your order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is marked as "Shipped," you'll receive an email with the tracking number , which you can use to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

For international shipments , it may take up to 48 hours for the email with the tracking number to be received after the order is marked as "Shipped."

For "Pickup in Store" orders , no tracking number will be provided. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

If you have consulted with the carrier and the issue has not been resolved, you can contact us using our contact form or by email. pedidosweb@cherubina.com , indicating the order number and detailing the incident that occurred with the agency.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

If you order products to be shipped outside the EU, they may be subject to taxes, tariffs, levies, or other charges due to the laws or customs regulations of the destination country. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products and must pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you order products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will need to cover these before placing the order.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance with these processes. We recommend checking the import charges applicable to any non-EU country before placing your order.

(**) UNITED KINGDOM: "Since January 1, 2021, once the United Kingdom, except for the territory of Northern Ireland, has definitively left both the European Union and the Customs Territory of the Union, any movement of goods between the UK and the European Union is subject to both customs procedures (import, export, transit, etc.) and border controls." If you want to place an order and have it sent to the United Kingdom, before making your purchase, please contact us through info@cherubina.com and we will manage it manually.

Because you will be the importer of all international product deliveries, it is your responsibility to verify that the products you ordered comply with the import rules and regulations of the destination country and that there are no requirements or restrictions that may affect your receipt of the order. Be sure to verify this before placing your order. 

The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products and must pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you are ordering products for delivery to another person, please make sure they are aware that they will need to cover these costs before placing the order.

If your order is stuck in customs, you'll need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional fees or taxes to release the merchandise.

If you fail to pay customs duties and the order is returned, both the customs fees and the return processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Remember that Cherubina cannot handle any customs procedures on your behalf. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As long as your order hasn't yet been packaged in the warehouse and/or left our facilities, you can cancel some or all of the items in your order. Otherwise, the order will be marked as fulfilled and cannot be canceled.

Please remember that cancellations communicated through our official customer service channels will only be valid: via email (pedidosweb@cherubina.com) or by phone ( 954 96 96 14 ).

Please note that it may take a few hours for your refund to be processed.
