At Cherubina you can find different products aimed at women who seek the most glamorous elegance and timelessness, whether at events, in their day-to-day lives or at home.
The vast majority of our products are made entirely in Spain, such as our collection of headdresses, tiaras, hats or masks. All of them handmade and with the care that characterizes us.

We do not rent or reserve products.
In the case of orders with the "PRE-ORDER" label, product purchases are allowed in advance, always with prior payment.

The card details you have provided will be processed using SSL encryption. For payments made with credit and debit cards, enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), the code printed on the card that guarantees security during e-commerce transactions.
The time that elapses from when an order is placed until it is shipped will depend on the type of product you have purchased:
PARTY HEADDRESSES, HATS AND BAGS
Each CHERUBINA headdress, hat and purse is made individually, completely by hand in our workshop in Seville. That is why the production process can vary between 1 and 3 weeks.
Stock: We do not have headdresses in stock for online orders. The stock corresponds to the availability of materials, but each headdress has to be made by hand on request; please keep in mind that this is a process that can take time. When making the purchase, you can select the "express clothing" option, to guarantee that the clothing, shipping and delivery process occurs within a period of approximately 5 to 7 business days, or select the "standard clothing" option, so that said process is maintained in an approximate period of between 1 and 3 weeks.
PARTY, CASUAL, HOMEWEAR AND MASKS COLLECTION
In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 1-7 days after purchase confirmation. These terms are subject to variation.
SUNGLASSES, EARRINGS AND COMBS
These types of items will be shipped within an approximate period of 1 to 7 days after confirmation of purchase.
Please keep in mind that all our goldsmith products are handmade pieces. We work so that you receive your order in the best possible condition, which is why sometimes we decide to review the gold plating, make some adjustments, etc., which can lengthen delivery times. Whenever possible, please indicate the date by which you need to receive your order.

Although we use all possible means to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified times, during busy periods it may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you request products to be shipped outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to the customs laws or regulations of the destination country.
The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products and must pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside of the EU.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will need to cover this before ordering. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance in these processes.
We recommend that you check the applicable import charges in any non-EU country before ordering. As you will be the importer of all international deliveries of the products, it is your responsibility to verify that the ordered products comply with the regulations and import regulations of the country of destination and that there are no requirements or restrictions that may affect the receipt of the order.
Be sure to check this before ordering. If your order gets "stuck" in customs, you will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional fees or taxes to release the merchandise. Cherubina can't do it on your behalf.
Normally we usually make several replacements of dresses from the new collection, in addition to producing new models between seasons. The replacement period varies depending on the model.
In any case, we offer the possibility of ordering any model from this collection or previous ones upon request, in the color and standard size that you want. This would mean an increase of 50% on the original price WITHOUT DISCOUNT and we need to have at least a month for its preparation.
1. ORDER PLACED
You can check the status of your order by accessing your account with your username and password, in the "My Orders" section. Your order can be in the following states:
PAYMENT ERROR : The order has not been completed.
CANCELED : The order has been cancelled.
PREPARATION IN PROGRESS : The order is in our workshop and ready to be made.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED : The order is being prepared.
SENT : The order has already been delivered to the carrier.
SENT TO STORE : The order has been sent to the store.
MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO WAREHOUSE : Your order has been received by our warehouse/workshop.
REFUNDED : The order refund has been successfully processed.
PARTIALLY REFUNDED : The partial refund of the order has been processed successfully.****

**In the event that it is "Sent", you will receive an email with the tracking number , where you can track the shipment from the carrier's website. For international shipments , the mail with the tracking number can take up to 48 hours to be received, from the time the order was marked as "Shipped".
*** For "Store Pickup" orders , no tracking number will be provided. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
****From the time the package pending refund is received in our warehouse/workshop, it may take up to 15 business days for the status to change. Once it occurs, it may take between 24-72 hours to be reflected in the account, depending on the bank or payment method used.
Once the order has been placed, you can modify it without problems, as long as it is not marked as "Sent" or "Sent to store". For orders that appear as " Preparation in progress", changes to the characteristics of the product may be made as long as they do not affect the work done so far.
Whether to cancel, modify shipping/billing address, quantities, add or remove products, their characteristics, etc... you can contact us via email pedidosweb@cherubina.com .
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are no longer interested in receiving it, you will first have to wait to receive it and then request a return, or reject the package as soon as the courier proceeds to deliver it to you.
If the order has not yet been sent, you can request the cancellation by contacting us through the email pedidosweb@cherubina.com . The refund will be made through the same payment method with which you made the payment within a period of 15 working days.
As soon as your order is marked as "Sent", you will receive an email with the tracking number , where you can track the shipment from the carrier's website.
For international shipments , since the order was marked as "Shipped", the email with the tracking number may take up to 48 hours to be received.
For "Store Pickup" orders , no tracking number will be provided. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
